Problem. A Docker blob upload was refused mid-push. Cause. The chunks sent to one upload session together exceed the 500 MiB per-blob limit (the same cap a single upload request has). Fix. Reduce the layer size (split the layer, or move large assets out of the image). HTTP 413.
