Problem. A CycloneDX upload was rejected. Cause. The file is JSON
but not a CycloneDX SBOM — it does not carry "bomFormat": "CycloneDX".
Usually an SPDX export. Fix. SPDX is not supported in either
direction. Re-export from your SBOM tool in CycloneDX JSON format and
upload again. HTTP 400. Fields: filename, bom_format.
These two were one code,
CHW-8325, until the fixes were compared side by side: “re-export as JSON” and “re-export as CycloneDX, not SPDX” are different actions, and a caller who read the wrong one did the wrong thing.CHW-8325was vacated before it ever shipped and is not reused.
