Reason:PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE
Problem. The upload was rejected before parsing. Cause. The body
exceeds the accepted byte cap (MaxLockfileBytes). Fix. Split the
branch inventory across several targets, or upload a CycloneDX SBOM — it
carries the same coordinates in far fewer bytes. The response names the
limit and the size received. HTTP 413.
