Problem. POST / PATCH on a SIEM integration returned 500.
Cause. A non-validation error occurred while creating or updating
the row — most often the SIEM secret encryption key is not configured,
or the DAL INSERT/UPDATE failed. Fix. Verify that the SIEM secret
encryption key is set in the environment; retry the request. HTTP 500.
