Problem. The OIDC discovery document or token endpoint could not be reached. Cause. Network failure, DNS resolution failure, or a slow / unresponsive IdP. Fix. Retry; if the error persists, check the IdP’s status page and the Chainsaw egress network. HTTP 502.
