HTTP status:500(server)
Problem. The storage backend (Postgres, blob store, or metadata
cache) returned an error. Cause. The backend is unavailable, the
connection pool is saturated, or a transient I/O error occurred.
Fix. Retry shortly. If the error persists, check the backend’s
health endpoint (/healthz/storage) and the operator dashboard.
HTTP 500.
