Problem. Chainsaw hit an unexpected server-side error while processing the request. Cause. An un-categorised failure — the request ID recorded in the response header correlates to a structured log line with the full trace. Fix. Retry. If the error persists, open a support ticket and include the request ID. HTTP 500.
