Problem. The Postmark inbound-webhook endpoint returned 400. Cause. The HTTP body could not be read in full — typically a truncated stream or a connection drop mid-POST. The 400 surfaces in the Postmark dashboard so the operator notices, instead of being retried indefinitely. Fix. This is almost always a network hiccup; Postmark’s automatic retry on later deliveries should succeed. Persistent 400s indicate a load balancer / WAF dropping bodies — investigate the path between Postmark and the proxy. HTTP 400.
