Problem. The invite endpoint refused an email that already belongs to a registered account. Cause. The target user already has a Chainsaw account; inviting by email would collide. Fix. Ask the existing user to sign in and then accept a freshly issued invitation, or add them directly via the members API. HTTP 409.
