Problem. Chainsaw could not reach the upstream registry to fetch the requested artefact. Cause. Network timeout, DNS failure, or the upstream is returning 5xx. Fix. Retry after a short delay. If the error persists, check the upstream’s status page and verify the configured mirror URL is reachable from the proxy’s network. HTTP 502.
