Problem. The request was blocked because the org’s plan-imposed storage or bandwidth quota would be exceeded. Cause. Storage for uploads or bandwidth for downloads is metered per org and the cap has been hit. Fix. Free disk space, wait for the billing window to roll over, or upgrade the plan. HTTP 402.
