The global flags apply here too.

chainsaw repo disable

Take a repository out of service (reversible)

chainsaw repo disable <name> [flags]

Stop serving a repository without destroying it. Clients resolving through it start failing; its index, metadata and permissions are left untouched, and chainsaw repo enable puts it back.

This is the supported way to retire a repository — including one created with the wrong name. There is no repo delete: recreating a deleted name would inherit the previous repository’s index entries, cached verdicts and package permissions.
